My first batch of Kefir

I don't have photos of my first batch of Kefir because I didn't know that it would become a hobby of mine. I started off with a table spoon of Milk Kefir grains in a small jar. I followed instructions from the lady I bought them from and of course google helped me out a bit. Because of the temperature we have here in winter, it took me about 48 hours to ferment a batch. I started off with goat's milk. I made a few batches and as my grains multiplied, I gave some away and carried on with my small batch.

After a few successful Kefir batches, I tried making some in Goat's Colostrum. The Kefir that came out was very creamy and VERY tasty!

Here is the process of that (24 August 2016)
